Please note that the parish office will now be open only on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

This weekend we welcome Rosemary, Susan, Melissa, Keiron and Ben - as they publicly declare their wish to become full members of the Catholic Church.  Please keep them in your prayers as they prepare to be received at Easter.

There's a letter in the porch thanking those who donated in October.  There are several boxes in the porch that haven't been collected.  Please collect yours - names are underneath.  Thank you.

There's a letter in the church porch thanking all for your tremendous generosity to their Christmas Appeal.  They were overwhelmed! 203 children with presents to unwrap, 72 families with food and gifts, 67 food hampers.

The offerings amounted to £230 which is being donated to the Fiends of the Holy Land.

We have adoration in silence before Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament from 6.30am to 7.30am this Friday (1st February) in the Convent chapel.  First Fridays are traditionally dedicated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus.  This invitation is open to everyone.

As we all know, Sr Francis has been without hearing for a long time now and we have only been able to communicate with her in the written form. She recently had make or break surgery - cochlear implant - and we are delighted to let you know that Sr Francis CAN...

For those of you who have been in the Centre over the last few weeks, you will notice that it has been painted throughout.  Our sincere thanks to John O'Rourke - a very generous parishioner who devoted a full week to paint the Centre with no charge to the parish....

The next meeting will take place on Thursday 31st January 2019 at 7.45pm at St John's Church, Bulwell.  Please make every effort to attend, if possible.
