The Society for the Protection of Unborn children (SPUC) will be holding its annual appeal on the weekend 27th/28th January.

Last week our parish received three donations (from the Filipino Community, the Zimbabwean Community and from the family of the late Ian Pole). Thank you very much indeed!

There are various pilgrimages taking place in the year 2018. The Nottingham Diocesan Lourdes Pilgrimage 2018 will be from 16th to 20th July. For more information, please see the back of the churches or our website.

Are you looking for a challenge during Lent, involving prayer and self-sacrifice? Are you saddened to see the harm done to babies and women through abortion?

31st January 2018 at 7.00 pm in the Parish Centre.

Sunday morning classes began last weekend at 10.00am in the Parish Centre. The first few benches at the front of church will be reserved for First Communion parents to enable the children to join them easily when they come into church at the offertory.

We congratulate William and Margaret Loveridge who made their First Holy Communion Saturday, 13th January, at the 6pm Mass.  

This weekend we observe Peace Sunday. We will hold a second collection for the International Catholic Movement for Peace. This year’s theme is “Migrants and Refugees — seekers of peace”.
