Saint Colette Mass

On Saturday 23rd February at 11am here at Our Lady’s there will be a special Mass to celebrate the feast of  Saint Colette. She was the foundress of the Colettine Poor Clares, a reform branch of the Order of Saint Clare, better known as the Poor Clares. She is honoured as a saint in the Catholic Church. Due to a number of miraculous events claimed during her life, she is venerated as the patron saint of women seeking to conceive, expectant mothers and of sick children.  During this special Mass there will be a blessing with the relic of Saint Colette and everyone is welcome to come and receive this blessing.   Please come and celebrate this Mass with the Poor Clares from our parish.
